  • We recommend reserving your wedding date as early as possible.

    Most brides book 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding weekends. Booking early helps ensure availability for your preferred date.

  • Our team can accommodate everything from intimate elopements to large wedding parties. If needed, we'll schedule multiple artists so your entire bridal party can be ready in approximately 4.5 hours or less while keeping the morning relaxed and organized.

  • With a Glam & Glow Bridal Experience booked, there are no minimums.

  • On average, each hair or makeup service takes approximately 45–60 minutes.

    We carefully build your wedding morning schedule based on the number of services required, allowing us to complete all getting-ready services in 4.5 hours or less whenever possible.

    You'll also receive a personalized beauty timeline so your morning feels smooth, organized, and stress-free.

  • At Glam & Glow, we work as a highly trained, collaborative team. All of our artists are hand-selected, personally trained, and trusted to deliver our signature effortless luxury style (with some fun, too!).

    When you book with us, you're reserving the Glam & Glow experience—not one individual artist—which means you can relax knowing you'll always be in expert hands.

    Whenever possible, you'll have the same artist for both your bridal preview and your wedding day to ensure a cohesive experience.

    Should anything unexpectedly change, another senior artist from our team will seamlessly step in so your look and your timeline remain flawless.

  • We recommend scheduling your bridal preview 4–8 weeks before your wedding day.

    If needed, we're happy to accommodate an earlier appointment. All bridal previews take place by appointment only at our home studio in Thorold.

  • Though we always recommend having a trial, you can opt out of it.

  • Travel is included for locations within 25 km of our home studio in Thorold.

    This includes many surrounding areas, including:

    • Niagara-on-the-Lake

    • Niagara Falls

    • St. Catharines

    • Thorold

    • Vineland

    • Jordan

    • Pelham

    • Most of Welland

    • Most of Lincoln

    For locations outside the 25 km radius, travel is billed at $1/km one-way per artist for the distance beyond 25 km.

    We're always happy to confirm your travel fee before booking.

    Each service is customized to suit the individual's features, preferences, and inspiration photos—we never offer a "one-look-fits-all" approach or a preset menu of hairstyles and makeup looks.

    Our artists use the same luxury products, professional tools, and techniques for every member of your wedding party to ensure everyone looks polished, cohesive, and camera-ready.

    We also prepare, schedule, and sanitize every service with the same level of care and organization we provide for our brides. This consistency helps your morning run smoothly and ensures everyone feels beautiful and confident—not just the bride.

  • Absolutely! On wedding day, we come to you!

  • We take care of the scheduling so you don’t have to lift a finger! Our expertise allows us to create the perfect wedding morning timeline.

  • Quick touch-ups are built into the end of every scheduled service.

    If you'd like additional on-location support for photos, veil placement, outfit changes, or a second hairstyle, we offer our Concierge Artist Service, allowing your artist to remain with you after your scheduled services are complete.

  • You can adjust your services up to 4 weeks before your wedding day.
